T&D Zhixing Space Design
Founded in 2017 and based in the twin cities of Dongguan | New York, T&D Zhixing Space Design is devoted to the refined customization of high-end residences (penthouse flats and private villas) and boutique commercial spaces — guided by an international vision and a subtle philosophy.

Design Philosophy
We build rational spatial thinking with "knowledge" — rigorous architectural spatial logic; we sculpt the emotional texture of life with "action" — ultimate precision down to the millimeter. We advocate "architecturalized interior design": abandoning superficial style stacking in favor of inner spiritual stillness. Through 1:1 precise realization, space becomes a perfect vessel for emotion and life narrative.

Methodology: 8-Step Full-Service Process
Design Strategy → Concept Design → Scheme Design → Construction Drawings → Design Review & Delivery → On-site Supervision → Furnishing → Completion & Handover, with project budgeting and financial planning.
Core product lines: ① full customization of high-end residences (villas / penthouses); ② boutique commercial spaces (clubs, hotels, medical, showrooms, offices); ③ integrated furnishing services; ④ coordinated lighting / MEP / material design.

黄宇 Huang Yu
毕业于江苏海洋大学。20 余年高端私宅、会所、酒店设计经验。主张「好的设计师就像一个好导演，应该掌控全局」。获 IDA、DNA、伦敦设计奖、SBID、亚洲设计奖金奖等。
Louie 郭璐瑛
美籍华人室内建筑师，纽约州注册建筑师，宾夕法尼亚大学建筑学硕士。曾任职 KPF 建筑事务所纽约总部及贝聿铭建筑事务所（2012–2018），2019–2023 深耕纽约高端住宅，2023 年起拓展中国高端项目。代表作：松樾私宅、莲花别墅。主张「以国际化顶级视角，准确提炼业主对于高品质生活的需求」。

Milestones
- 2017Huang Yu founds T&D Zhixing Space Design in Dongguan, Guangdong.
- 2021Tianjiao Residence, Dongguan (310㎡) completed.
- 2022.03Shuiboli Residence, Huizhou (570㎡) completed; featured on Global Design (issue 2909) and wins US IDA & AMP awards — the international awards journey begins.
- 2022.05The Zhixing Office (Nancheng, Dongguan, 300㎡) is established.
- 2022.09Yungu Hot Spring Villa, Conghua (225㎡) completed — the first project for a property developer.
- 2023.01Weimu Showroom (230㎡) completed, entering the commercial showroom sector.
- 2023Wins A' Design Bronze, SBID shortlist and Singapore awards; Louie Guo expands his practice to China, forming the dual-principal structure.
- 2024Award peak year: the Zhixing Office wins 5 international awards (incl. DNA Design of the Year); Luqihu Residence (280㎡) and Shilong Villa (700㎡) delivered.
- 2025.09Songyue Residence (390㎡, led by Louie) completed; featured on Global Design (issue 3964) and selected for the "2025 China Residential Design TOP 36".
- 2026Songyue Residence wins the French Design Awards Residential Gold and an 8th Paris DNA honorable mention — the brand's momentum continues.
