Founded in 2017 and based in the twin cities of Dongguan | New York, T&D Zhixing Space Design is devoted to the refined customization of high-end residences (penthouse flats and private villas) and boutique commercial spaces — guided by an international vision and a subtle philosophy.

Our practice covers private villas, penthouse residences, clubs, hotels, medical spaces, showrooms and offices, with integrated furnishing services and coordinated lighting / MEP / material design.

Founder / Design Director

Over 20 years of experience in high-end residences, clubs and hotels. He believes that a great designer, like a great director, should master the whole picture.

Louie Guo Luying

Partner / Design Director

Chinese-American architect, registered architect of New York State, M.Arch from the University of Pennsylvania; formerly at KPF New York and Pei Partnership Architects; works include Songyue Residence and Lotus Villa.
